Jeffrey Kilcoyne
Senior Vice President of Operations
Jeffrey brings to Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises over 15 years of experience at all levels of parking and operational management to our clients. During his career, Jeffrey has acquired comprehensive executive experience in the parking industry specializing in operational improvements, new business development, client services, special event services, management development and customer service.
Since that time, Jeffrey has played an important role in hiring key individuals in his region, developing their management capabilities and mentoring them for placement across the United States.
Currently, Jeffrey is responsible for nationwide operations and overseeing our team of Area Managers. He provides corporate support, policy and procedure implementation and on-site evaluations for new and existing clients. His ability to quickly understand an operation and put in place what is necessary to ensure guaranteed success has made Jeffrey a valuable asset to our company.
Bill Davis
Regional Operations Manager
After retiring from the United States Marine Corps, Bill Davis began his career in the parking industry by joining Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises' Management Team; simultaneously obtaining his degree in Business Administration. Quickly realizing that Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises could provide the growth potential he sought, Bill moved rapidly through the company's ranks; first as an Area Operations Manager all the way up to his current title - Regional Operations Manager. As Regional Operations Manager, Bill has had the opportunity to travel nationally for Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises and its affiliates, gaining expansive knowledge of the parking management demographic coast to coast. He provides corporate support, policy and procedure implementation and on-site evaluations for new and existing clients. His ability to quickly understand an operation and put in place what is necessary to ensure guaranteed success has made Bill a valuable asset to our company.
Chris Hadden
Midwest Business Development Manager
Chris comes to Seven One Seven Parking Services, Inc, with a wealth of experience in sales and marketing. Working extensively in the business to business sales environment for over fifteen years, has provided Chris with an acute understanding of client's needs while making sure his company has the resources to address them.
Chris also has a solid background in understanding the parking business having worked with Seven One Seven Parking Services, Inc., while living in Tampa. His position allowed him to gain training in the operations side of the business and he brings that training with him to every account he services.
Chris is responsible for the Midwest States and is based in Columbus, Ohio.
Brett Franklin
California Business Development & Operations
Brett joined Seven One Seven Enterprises in August 2009. Prior to joining Seven One Seven Enterprises Bret worked with Nursefinders of California as an Account Manager. Additional experience includes Owning and Operating ATC Healthcare franchise, as well as working as a Respiratory Therapist with UC Davis in Sacramento.
Brett is responsible for overseeing current operations, as well as developing new clients in the state of California.
Jack Morales
Corporate Risk Manager
Jack Morales is an integral part of the Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises operation. With over ten years of experience in the comprehensive private sector risk management and insurance industry, Jack provides a broad working knowledge of many specialized fields including workplace safety, theft prevention, substance abuse, fire protection, accident investigations, OSHA and DOT compliance, general liability protection, workers compensation and many other management risk disciplines.
Jack holds his All Lines Risk Managers License in 14 states. As head of Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises' Risk Department, Jack leads a team responsible for managing all claims nationally. His management skills and his understanding of the insurance industry as well as claims management and adjustment is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of claims with the goal of providing superior customer service.
Jack specializes in developing close working relationships with members of our organization as well as our clients and helps them control the financial consequences of unanticipated losses, whether the exposures are worker injuries, property and equipment losses or liability claims.
Josh Reilly
Area Operations Manager
Josh joined the Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises' team in November of 2002 as a valet attendant. He quickly worked his way up the ranks becoming a shift manager at a major hotel. It didn't take long for Josh to realize that this was a company he could see a future in. He worked his way through management positions until finding himself being promoted to Area Operations Manager in 2005. As Area Operations Manager, Josh oversees all Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises' operations in the state of Florida. He makes all clients feel equally important, regardless of size, by maintaining a relationship with each of them. Though this also keeps Josh quite busy, he still managed to obtain Computer Information Technology certifications from The Academy. His dedication to customer service and client satisfaction has made Josh a valued member of the Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises family.
Steve Marotta
Business Development Manager
Mr. Marotta has been active in the real estate industry for over six years working with several real estate asset and brokerage firms. His real estate experience includes property management, asset allocation, construction management, accounting, reporting, finance, and leasing.
Steve first started working for a real estate division of Avalar in the early 2000's. At Seven One Seven, his responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations for all of the parking facilities. Included responsibilities will be overseeing leasing, marketing, tenant relations, and employee supervision at all commercial properties, as well as finding and analyzing possible real estate investments for the company. Mr. Marotta will utilize his experience to study market trends as well as assisting in the management and leasing of various parking facilities in the companies portfolio.
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Steve holds a degree in psychology. He is a Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida and has earned the designation of being a CCIM Candidate.
Keith Fraley
Marketing Manager
Keith joined Seven One Seven Parking Services, Inc. in May 2009. Prior to Seven One Seven Parking Services, Inc. he served as a marketing planner at Tech Data Corporation. Additional experience includes working for Fidelity Information Services, Fiserv, and Kirkey & Associates. Keith has experience developing, budgeting, and the implementing marketing strategies for both product and services industries. Keith holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing and an Associates Degree in Legal Assisting.
Lauren Ruiz
Marketing & Sales Coordinator
Lauren joined Seven One Seven Enterprises in October 2009. Prior to joining Seven One Seven Enterprises Lauren worked with the Tampa Bay Rays as a Manager of Sponsorship Coordination. Lauren's additional experience includes working with Athlon Sports Communications as an Account Coordinator of Media & Promotions. Lauren holds a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication.
Lauren's primary responsibility will be the management of the valet parking for special events.
