"Good morning gentlemen, I hope this email finds you doing well. I wanted you to know about an employee, which in my opinion, did a great job under extreme circumstances.
 
I attended the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Healthcare Heroes dinner on Thursday, October 7th held at the Mainsail Suites in Tampa.
The event was attended by as many as 400 people, all of which left at about the same time.  Needless to say there was quite the rush of folks to retrieve their cars from the valet.
 
I witnessed as folks crowding around the valet stand and wanting their cars.  I also had the pleasure of watching Will MacDonald work under the pressure.  He was very polite and understanding of the customer’s needs and desire to leave.  In addition, he handled his staff with courtesy and professionalism under very trying circumstances.I asked him for his name and complemented him on a job well done and he was very grateful.
 
You guys know as well as I do that even in the service business, great customer service is a thing of the past.  It was really great to see it executed so well.Congratulations to Will and to the management team at 717 Parking. All the best,"

"A note to express the gratitude and thanks we feel for your patient parking services located at the Kaiser facility. I'm spry and fit and have lived through a 1994 triple by-pass. My mate has been with me over 23 years and underwent surgery in May 2009. Walking is difficult for her, with or without a walker. We have a wheelchair, but that's dangerous in the short trip to the building through busy parking lots. Rain makes it worse as most drivers are distracted and hunting for spaces and not focused on foot traffic.

Your services and parking attendants perform an invaluable and most genuinely appreciated public service in partnership with Kaiser management. These young men greet all the patients with a smile and offer their valet services with dispatch, retrieving autos quickly and safely, opening doors, assisting passengers and often refusing tips. What a great service!!!! KUDOS TO ALL in this enterprise. With great appreciation."

Today we received a report about one of our shuttle drivers.  Kathy having been asked questions about the history of the Pier Hotel from her passengers approached the hotel manager Rick Hoe to get some background to share with her passengers.  They spent 30 minutes going over the areas history, and Mr. Hoe provided print outs to be given to our other drivers.  Mr. Hoe was very appreciative the one of our drivers would take time out of their schedule and take the initiative to provide better service for his guests.

"Our Concierge gave your employees an A+ for their work.  He said they did a fabulous job.  They arrived on time, set up the cones as we'd requested, were very fast parking and retrieving cars and were very polite; both to Lynda's guests and to One Polo Creeks employees.  He felt they went above and beyond.  When they left, there were only 2 cars remaining to be retrieved.

Our Monthly Parking Department received this note from a customer after a very busy day in downtown Tampa:

"I am a Fowler White Boggs employee and enjoy monthly parking. I am writing this morning to thank you very much for the manner in which you handled the traffic overflow downtown this morning resulting from the number of attendees headed for the motivational event at the St. Pete Times Forum. In past years, I have had the misfortune of not being able to rely on the monthly spot for which I pay. This morning I saw 717 employees directing those of us with parking hang-tags into my lot and waving Forum traffic towards other event parking areas. This was greatly appreciated. A hotel that we provide valet parking services for recently got this note from one of their guests:

"Everything was perfect! We work in the hospitality industry and were blown away by the fact that the valet called us by name within 2 hours of our check-in and we were not even using the valet service."


 This is an e-mail sent to one of hotel properties in which we provide services:

"I recently stayed at your property while doing sales calls in Tampa. We really enjoyed your property, and the service was excellent in all areas. I wanted to point out a particularly stellar employee named Carey (I'm pretty sure I don't have the spelling correct). He works at the door as both valet and doorman and was the most personable hotel employee I have ever come across. He was enthusiastic, incredibly helpful and pleasant. He has an infectious personality and we couldn't help but be in a good mood around him. We were actually a little bummed when we got back to the hotel at night and Carey's shift was over!

"When we discovered that my vehicle had been damaged I must admit I prepared myself for what I was certain would amount to an epic battle.  What I experienced, however, was nothing of the sort. 
Your employees at the hotel, Carey and the young fella that wrote the initial report, were friendly, helpful, compassionate, and all around pleasant folks.  Within two days, as promised, I received a phone call from an incredibly pleasant young lady (Latricia?) who paved the way for my repair.
Please thank all of these awesome folks for their kindness and attentiveness.  Your company will have continued successes if you keep recruiting young people of the caliber of the three that I had contact with.
